After receiving your order, we will process and send it to you as soon as possible. If you order on working days before 3 p.m., your order will usually be shipped the same day. Most orders fit in a letterbox. This means you don’t have to be at home to receive your 2TH order. How covenient!


No problem! Returns can be made within 14 working days without giving any reason.

Just a quick check:

  The 2TH product is in its original and unopened packaging

  The 2TH Product is in unused condition

Returns cannot be accepted when:

  The 2TH packaging has been opened

  The 2TH product has been used

Not satisfied after use?

It is of course possible that you have bought one or more 2TH products that you are not satisfied with. For example, you do not like the use of the product in question. The preference for a specific oral care product is very personal.

Return and refund unused items

Have you reviewed the above check and does your return meet the conditions? Then you can return the order or part of it to us.

Upon receipt, we will check the condition of the products and we will transfer the return payment to you within 14 days of receiving the return of the products. You pay the costs of returning your order.

Received a wrong item?

We also sometimes make mistakes. And of course we will solve this for you as soon as possible. In that case you can send an email – possibly with a photo – to info@2th.nl. We will resolve it further with you.

Complaint procedure

Do you have a complaint? It can be very helpful for us if you send us a video or photo of the complaint. You can do this by e-mail at info@2th.nl. We would like to hear from you, because we can learn from your complaint to further improve our products.
